Event21’s tents are stronger and more durable than conventional tents; however, they are not made to withstand bad weather conditions or strong winds large enough in scale to warrant event cancellations.
In the event of strong winds, our staff may make the decision to dismantle the tent or remove the canvas to allow the wind to flow through.
Please remove the side curtains or roof of the tent in the event of strong winds occurring. These are air-resistant to some degree, and may cause the tent to collapse or an accident.
Q. Is a three-month rental period possible for tents?
A. Yes. However, this may vary depending on the type of event or venue. Please place an enquiry with us for more details.
Q. Can I set up the tent with only one person?
A. This is dependent on the size of the tent. However, the tent assembly also involves the set-up of tent legs, which may be dangerous regardless of its size. Please assemble the tent with at least two people. We also offer a assembly and dismantling service for our tents. Please place an enquiry with us to discuss with our staff.

Various Pole Tents Used at a Ground-Breaking Ceremony
Tents set up for a ground-breaking ceremony in Tenri City. The ceremony, which took place during the humid monsoon season, coincided with a day of rain. By placing several fans and a spot cooler within the tent, however we a\were able to create a pleasant environment for the ceremony to take place. The noise produced by the generator was also of concern to the customer. By utilising a tent to hide it, as well as placing it further away from the main ceremonial grounds, we were able to resolve the problem, which was greatly appreciated by the customer.
2.7M x 3.6M, 3.6M x 5.4M Tent, stripe tents and others set up for the Happy Day Project that took place in Hibiya Park. We created individual booths by placing tables, tablecloths and foldable chairs within the tents, and also benches for the event’s visitors. With a concert, various exhibitions, food booths and other activities, the event was a huge success!
The setup and disassembling of three 10M tents, veneer tables and counter tables for a standing buffet of 300 pax. One 10M tent can fit an average of 100 people. The great location and weather made for an enjoyable experience during the setup and disassembly work! If you are looking to hold an outdoors standing buffet party, do consider this as one of your options!
The set-up work for a Kumamon event in April. The event utilised a stage of 45cm in height, which is a comfortable height for the audience to view the performance, even from up close. This is an event that we have provided services for several times, but with the possibility of rain this time, we set up a stage tent as well. Thanks to the stage tent, the performers were able to keep dry and complete the performance despite rain falling from halfway through the event!

The vertical height of the tent banner borrowed this time was slightly short, and the ground side was about 10 cm open. Regarding to the installation, we have been setting up tents at the event for about seven years, so there should be no mistake in the setting method, but I would like the confirmation. In addition, the four-sided curtain is indispensable for use in cold regions, and it would be greatly appreciated if you can present it like a three-way curtain or a four-way curtain for the xx tsubo tent.
