Regarding inquiries during weekends and holidays
We accept phone inquiries on weekends and holidays from 9AM to 5PM JST.
It may take longer than usual to connect with our reception desk as there are fewer staff. Please use the “Inquiry Form” or email us if you cannot get through.
Although we work on weekends and holidays, there is a possibility that stock status checks and other related services are to be on-hold until the next working business day.
In these cases, we may not be able to respond on the same day. However, we will reply within 3 days. Thank you for your understanding.
