We accept inquiries during weekends and holidays from 09:00~17:00.
Moreover, it might take longer than usual to connect with our reception desk as there are fewer staff.

Although we are in office during weekends and holidays, there is a possibility that stock status checks and other related services are to be on-hold until the following Monday.
In those cases, we might not be able to reply to inquiries on the same day. However, we will reply within 3 days. Thank you for your understanding.
