Please note that on these days there may not be an English speaking staff present, in this case

Furthermore, on these days, we are operating with reduced number of staff, so you call may not be

▼ Concerning the rental period:
4. The exact time and date when you would like to start using the items
5. Rental period. (The number of days you would like to use the items is enough, please don't calculate with the shipping time, that time is for free)
6. The last day when you would still like to use the items
7. Your preferred time and day for picking up the items (we will go to your given place at your given time to pick up the items, note that it will inevitably be after 12 noon)

9. The time when you would like to start using the items. (For example: I would like to use them from 9am)
