I was given the opportunity to set up a simple stage. The simple stage is very easy to set up, but the top board is a little heavy. We recommend using a trolley if you are setting up the stage alone. Although this is a simple, no-frills stage, just having a place to stand gives the presenter the necessary confidence. For those holding an event soon, feel free to use this as a reference!

As requested by our Vietnamese customer, we set up the venue for a seminar. Specifically, we installed the back panels for the stage and signboards around the venue, printed leaflets, and supplied manpower for the event. The 3-day consecutive event held in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka was a huge success. The colour panels provided by our company requires little time and manpower for installation, so we highly recommend it. In fact, it is one of the most popular products among our overseas customers! At “GREEN ROOM FESTIVAL 2018” at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, We provided setup for the booth, provision of goods, and worked the day of the event. This is one of Japan’s largest music events, and many customers as well as famous artists come to enjoy themselves. Our customer entrusted our company with the event and we were proud that we were able to provide the best service for the event's success. We were able to attract a lot of customers to our booth. Although we have a lot of customers from foreign countries especially from Estonia and Finland, our English speaking staff working at the event were able to help the customers. For a business exposition at Hilton Tokyo Bay Hotel near Tokyo Disneyland, our company was entrusted with the setting of the event. We set up 2 displays and speakers needed to display the translating services of the customer. As the customer needed help communicating in Japanese I was also asked to do translation for him to make sure that the event went smoothly.

At a Sports Park in the Nara Prefecture we setup scaffolding for the event being held there. Scaffolding in this sense, is the wooden structure you often see in Japanese Festivals. In Japan there is a festival by the name of Obon where members of ones family whom have passed away once again come and spend time with their family. So many people in Japan will return to their home towns and return to where they grew up to be with their loved ones, both alive and from beyond the grave. The lanterns on the scaffolding are used to make sure that the spirits of their relatives do not get lost, and make their way home safe. By using lanterns at your event it creates a great fresh atmosphere. This time we were able to set up a stage and tent quickly making it so that even if it rained a little, there would be no problems.

For a culture festival that took place in Heguri-cho we set-up a H1,000mm stage. To make it easier to setup the lights we also supplied scaffolding. Because the stage is 1m tall you are even able to use them at larger venues! We do not just supply goods for events we are also able to plan set-up and work the event! Knock over the Ping-Pong ball on the top of the pin! Though it looks and sounds simple enough is actually rather trying to do in this Archery Game. Though we used this at a festival in the outskirts, regardless of the gender or age this was a very popular product! There is no mistaking that just with this product you can make a great impression at your local festival! For the Hanaeshiki at Asuka Temple, I provided pipe-chairs, heaters, and a podium held placed upon one of our platforms. Hanaeshiki is the day that we celebrate the birth of Oshakusama (Gautama Buddha) and the first place to celebrate it was here at Asukadera. The Asukadera holds on of the oldest Buddha’s and is known as one of the oldest Buddhist Temples in the Asukamura of the Nara Prefecture. The Hanaeshiki takes place once every year, where the principle image (of the Buddha) has been for over 1400 yeas and several months, you can see him sitting in the same spot today. So that guests can sit, we set up pipe-chairs and because of the low temperature we set up heaters, and had a platform and podium setup for this event. Even just taking these products to a Temple to set up, you can get the feeling that it is an event. At the front of the stage we place a white skirt and on top placed red carpet giving the event a real “congratulations” feeling. In Japan, these colors are recognizes as giving off this effect and is why you will see them very often.

This time at a local event by the name of “Kutsushita no Ichi”, we prepared a plywood table, steel folding chairs, 62 meter stripped color tent, and a cloth for the table. Without using a a standard white tent, we used a colorful tent which really brightened up the event. With using a standard plywood table and covering it with a table cloth, it is very appealing to the eye and can give your venue a nice look for really cheap! For those whom wish to have a large event at a park in Japan, we can provide a clear layout of your event and ensure its success! This event I provided the square platform, gold folding screen, and red cover for and event that is called Rakugo or Falling Words. From the name, it is hard to tell, but Rakugo is a Japanese form of play where the one actor will act out many roles while remaining in the Seiza position and only using a fan, a small cloth, and his voice. This art form unlike many others in the world are fully reliant on how the actor can make the audience use their imagination to create the world he is making. The red cover that is on top of the square platform is kept down with tape and other products we provide. It only took us roughly 30 minutes to set up this event and placing the gold folding screen gives it a true Japanese Traditional feel. So if you are wanting to hold a comedic Rakugo event, please leave it to us!

For a nationwide Karuta Tournament, we supplied the pop panels and placards seen above. Karuta is a traditional Japanese card game, where one person will read a poem from a card and the players will fight to be the person with the most cards by the end of the game. It is a very fast game as most of the time the card will not be fully read before one player snatches it away. Pop Panels size are very flexible so the use possibilities are endless! How about using one of our pop panels and placards to show of your country at your next event? For this specific event we used the size W900×H300 for a double sided placard. That is for the people who are playing as well as the ones viewing can know where everything is.

For this event we supplied a large Christmas Tree for a hospital！The height is about 3.6M and is easily seen from far away. This product really does catch the eye. Even in Japan we set up a Christmas Tree on Christmas and celebrate. Other than this product we have many other types of trees and other Christmas goods; so when you are planning on having a Christmas event in Japan, please let us know!

For an American Chef that wanted to have a dining event in an place that was both natural and peaceful they chose to do it at a location that was near the bottom of Mount Fuji, With the chairs and tables lined up for the large number in attendance as you can see in the pictures above, this was not like most dining events. From our company, we provided these Verandah Chairs and the setup for this event. In the most natural and relaxing location, being able to eat a chefs cooking here it truly an experience on can sometimes only dream of. For various companies in remembrance of the opening of their companies at the Hotel Gajoen Tokyo, we set up a Japanese style tea party set in the entrance. A little different from the tea parties of western society, Japanese style tea parties include taking in the atmosphere and drinking tea. With a bamboo style umbrella it really brings out the “Japanese” feel. In Japan the colors representing a celebration are red and white so in a place such as this, red is very popular.

In Mejiro, Toyoshima District, we setup the venue for a Jichinsai or a Shinto Groundbreaking Ceremony. So that there would not be any interruptions by the wind, we setup some of our Red and White curtains and because of that we were able to safely perform the ceremony. Kikoshiki is a traditional form of Japanese Opening Ceremonies that take place before the starting of construction on buildings or other structures like tunnels, etc.. The workers or other members whom are associated with the building of the structures all gather together and pray for its success. The most practiced is Shinto Style. This event was made for the road that is being constructed between the Mie and the Wakayama Prefectures. The sand that is used for this is sand from a river and formed into its shape through the use of wooden frames and thickened by many layers of the sand. Once you add in water you wait for it to harden enough to take off the wooden mold and put the final touches on it with an iron and sprints of water. With a request from the customer we setup a Golden Panel and complemented it with a W1800mm x H200mm mini stage! Back Panels are used in many ceremonies here in Japan such as the “Hina Matsuri” (Doll Festival), Traditional Wedding Ceremonies, and Samurai Movies! You can even find them as being used to show off traditional items inside of department stores! Gold gives these panels a more upper class and rich feeling. Even inside of Tokyo and the Metropolitan Area this product gives off a different vibe and makes for a more welcoming atmosphere. Since it is a traditional Japanese item, though it is far from the stairs it was able to be set up within an hour. For this event we were requested by an overseas client to set up partition curtains and punch carpet for an event at the Ritz Carlton Osaka’s West Room.
